Pakistan Releases Iran Travel Advisory Amid Middle East Crisis

Pakistan has advised its citizens not to travel to Iran due to the current situation in the Middle East. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a fresh travel advisory on Friday. It urged people to avoid all non-essential visits to Iran until conditions improve.

The ministry said the decision aims to protect Pakistani citizens from possible risks. Therefore, anyone planning a routine or unnecessary trip should postpone it for now.

At the same time, the government addressed Pakistanis already living in Iran. Officials asked them to remain alert and careful. They should limit unnecessary movement and avoid crowded or sensitive areas. In addition, they should closely follow local news and official updates.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also advised citizens to stay in contact with the nearest Pakistani diplomatic mission. To provide quick support, authorities released emergency contact numbers for Pakistani missions in Tehran, Zahedan, and Mashhad.

Moreover, the Pakistan Embassy has shared helpline numbers to guide citizens in case of emergency. Officials stressed that safety remains the top priority. They urged overseas Pakistanis to strictly follow the instructions of local authorities and Pakistani officials.

The government said it continues to monitor the situation closely and will issue further updates if needed.
