Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif declared that the government will make no compromise on national defence. He praised the Pakistan Army for giving a firm response to hostile elements. Moreover, he said the country’s security remains the top priority.
He stated that Pakistan’s defence can counter any aggressive move. The armed forces stay alert at all times. Therefore, he warned enemies not to misjudge Pakistan’s strength.
Shehbaz Sharif said Field Marshal Asim Munir leads the military with commitment and clarity. In addition, he appreciated the troops’ discipline and professionalism. As a result, their readiness continues to strengthen national defence.
The Prime Minister said the armed forces use modern training and a clear strategy. Consequently, they can handle both internal and external challenges. At the same time, he stressed that border protection remains central to national defence.
He warned that Pakistan will answer every act of aggression with a decisive response. Likewise, he promised to defend sovereignty and territorial integrity at all costs. For this reason, he called national defence a non-negotiable priority.
Shehbaz Sharif also said Pakistan supports regional peace. However, he clarified that peace efforts will never weaken national security. Instead, strong preparedness supports responsible diplomacy.
Meanwhile, he urged the nation to stand united with the armed forces. In fact, public support strengthens national defence institutions. Therefore, he said unity remains the country’s greatest power.
The Prime Minister expressed full confidence in the armed forces. He affirmed that Pakistan will protect its interests with determination. Ultimately, he said, defence will always guide state policy.
