KARACHI/LAHORE: The PSL 11 ticket refund will start on March 30, organisers announced. Fans who bought tickets online will get their money back automatically.
The refund covers payments made via debit cards, credit cards, and digital wallets. Organisers expect most refunds to finish within 15 working days. Some banks or payment platforms may take longer.
Fans do not need to apply. If a refund delays beyond 15 days, contact your bank or payment service.
PCB decided to hold PSL 11 matches behind closed doors in Karachi and Lahore. The move supports national resource conservation efforts.
The tournament will still have 44 matches over 39 days. Each city will host 22 fixtures. The opening match between Hyderabad Kingsmen and Lahore Qalandars will go ahead as planned.
Lahore will host Eliminators 1 and 2 and the final. Karachi will host the Qualifier. Fans can watch all matches from home. Organisers added new broadcast features to make viewing more exciting.
PCB asked fans to follow official channels for updates. The refund process is simple, automatic, and safe.
Fans reacted quickly online. Many praised PCB for acting fast. Some were disappointed they could not attend but appreciated the enhanced viewing experience.
Banks will credit refunds once processed. Most fans will see money in their accounts a few days after March 30. No extra action is needed from ticket holders.
PSL 11 remains a major cricket event in Pakistan. Even without stadium spectators, organisers aim to keep fans engaged and entertained.
