According to Indian doctor Arun Kumar, cow’s milk and buffalo’s milk are commonly consumed. In terms of calories, 100 grams of cow’s milk contains 67 calories, while buffalo’s milk contains 117 calories. That’s why regular consumption of buffalo’s milk can lead to weight gain.
He also mentioned that cow’s milk contains 4.1% fat, while buffalo’s milk contains 6.5% fat, but cow’s milk is more nutritious.
The taste of cow’s and buffalo’s milk is almost the same, but their colours are slightly different. Cow’s milk is creamy, while buffalo’s milk is white. Cow’s milk has less fat than buffalo’s milk and is easier to digest.
