Pakistan’s First Standalone Apple Authorised Reseller Opens in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: iCube by Yellostone has opened Pakistan’s first standalone Apple Authorised Reseller store, giving buyers in the capital a dedicated space to shop genuine Apple products with official warranty cover.

The store opened on October 12 at SEE3 Plaza, next to the Jazz headquarters in the New Blue Area. It drew crowds on opening day, with visitors keen to try Apple’s latest devices, particularly the iPhone 18 Pro series.

Inside Pakistan’s first Apple authorised reseller

The outlet stocks the full Apple range: iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch and AirPods. Staff offer personalised guidance so customers can compare models and make informed choices before buying.

“Islamabad has waited a long time for a store like this,” said Farid Ullah Jan, founder and chief executive of iCube by Yellostone. “iCube offers customers a place to experience genuine Apple products, receive the right advice and enjoy reliable after-sales support.”

Co-founder Bilal Asghar said the aim is to make the Apple experience more accessible through a dedicated space where customers can explore products and understand their options.

Mercantile warranty backing

Every purchase at iCube carries official warranty protection through Mercantile Pakistan. iPhone 17 and iPhone 18 series buyers get a two-year warranty and protection plan, while MacBook and iPad purchases include a two-year warranty.

“iCube gives customers in Islamabad the opportunity to experience Apple’s full range of devices firsthand, backed by Mercantile’s warranty and protection plans,” said Nauman Durrani, chief executive for Pakistan and senior vice president SAGE at Mercantile. “We are proud to support Yellostone in bringing this experience to the capital.”

This matters because much of Pakistan’s Apple market runs on grey imports with no local warranty. An authorised reseller with Mercantile backing means buyers get genuine devices, valid warranties and proper after-sales service, a meaningful upgrade for a market where iPhone buyers have long relied on unofficial channels.

Opening offers and timings

To mark the launch, buyers of the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max can enter a lucky draw for AirPods 5 or an original 20W charger, while stocks last. A separate raffle is running for MacBook buyers. The draw date will be announced on Instagram, and terms and conditions apply.

The store is open daily from 10am to 9pm at SEE3 Plaza, New Blue Area, Islamabad. Updates are posted on Instagram at @icube.pk.
