The January–February 2026 T20I series gave Pakistan its first-ever T20I whitewash of Australia — three nights at a heaving Gaddafi Stadium. This is the ticket story of that series: sale dates, prices and how the Lahore crowds got in.
Quick answer: The Pak vs Aus T20I series (29 Jan–1 Feb 2026) at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore ended 3–0 to Pakistan. Tickets sold online from 16 January at pcb.tcs.com.pk and physically from 19 January at TCS centres. Prices: Rs 400–1,000 main ladder, galleries Rs 1,500–3,000, hospitality Rs 5,000–25,000.
The series
Three T20Is — 29 January, 31 January and 1 February 2026 — all under lights at Gaddafi Stadium, as both sides tuned up for the ICC T20 World Cup. Australia, led by Mitchell Marsh with Cummins, Hazlewood and Maxwell rested, were expected to test Pakistan’s new-look T20 side under Salman Ali Agha. Instead Pakistan swept all three — the whitewash sealed on 1 February in front of a delirious home crowd, with the team picture that defined the winter: Shaheen Afridi leading the celebrations as Australia’s batters walked back.
How tickets sold
Online booking opened 16 January 2026 on pcb.tcs.com.pk; physical tickets went on sale 19 January at TCS Express Centres (10am–6pm). The series being a World Cup warm-up with an understrength Australian side, the PCB priced accessibly — and the whitewash narrative then drove walk-up demand for the decider. What it means for future series
The whitewash reset expectations for this rivalry: Pakistan no longer hosts Australia as the underdog. Expect the next Australia tour’s tickets — whenever the FTP brings one — to be priced and demanded like a marquee series, not a warm-up. Watch the 2026 hub and head-to-head record for context.
