Motorists across the United Arab Emirates will enjoy cheaper fuel this month as authorities announce reduced petrol and diesel rates for February.
The new prices were approved by the UAE Fuel Price Committee and have come into effect immediately, following a review of international oil market trends.
Super 98 petrol is now priced at AED 2.45 per liter, down from AED 2.53 in January.
Special 95 diesel has also decreased and will be sold at AED 2.33 per liter, down from AED 2.42 last month.
Meanwhile, E-Plus 91 is available at AED 2.26 per liter, down from its January rate of AED 2.34.
Diesel prices have also eased slightly, with the new rate set at AED 2.52 per liter, previously AED 2.55.
The UAE reviews fuel prices monthly to ensure alignment with global crude oil prices.
