How it works

How the PSL Schedule & Format Work

The structure behind every PSL fixture list — the same system season after season.

1

League stage

Every team plays a round-robin set of league matches (10 per team in PSL 11’s 40-match league stage). A win earns 2 points; net run rate separates teams level on points.

2

Playoffs

The top four qualify: Qualifier (1st vs 2nd — winner goes straight to the final), Eliminator 1 (3rd vs 4th), then Eliminator 2 (Qualifier loser vs Eliminator 1 winner) for the second final spot.

3

The final

One match, one champion. Recent finals have been held at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore — including the 2025 and 2026 deciders.

Double-headers (two matches in a day) are common on weekends: the day game starts at 2:30pm PKT and the night game at 7:00pm PKT. Single-match days are night games at 7:00pm PKT.
