Passport Office Helpline Number Pakistan: Every Official DGIP Contact
When your passport is delayed, your token number isn’t working, or you need to complain, you need the real passport office helpline number — not a Google Maps listing posted by a scammer. This guide lists every official DGIP helpline and contact channel, verified from the Directorate General of Immigration & Passports’ own contact page.
Quick answer: The official passport helpline for Pakistan is 051-111-344-777 (for callers inside Pakistan), 0092-51-111-344-777 (from abroad), and toll-free 0800-34477. Email: info@dgip.gov.pk. Helpline hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. DGIP headquarters: Mauve Area, G-8/1, Islamabad.

All official helpline numbers
- 051-111-344-777 — national/mobile callers within Pakistan (UAN)
- 0092-51-111-344-777 — international callers
- 0800-34477 — toll-free line
- info@dgip.gov.pk — official email
- Pakistan Citizen’s Portal — for formal complaints with tracking
The helpline operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. DGIP’s headquarters sits at Mauve Area, G-8/1, Islamabad. Keep your CNIC number and 11-digit token number ready before calling — the agent will ask for both.
When to call (and when not to)
Call the helpline when your application has crossed its processing window (21 working days Normal, 5 Urgent, 2 Fast Track), when SMS tracking to 9988 gives no useful status, or when an office visit didn’t resolve your issue. Don’t call for routine status checks within the normal window — use SMS tracking to 9988 or the online portal first; the helpline is busiest mid-morning.
Email and online complaints
For a written record, email info@dgip.gov.pk with your name, mobile number, CNIC, token number and a clear description of the problem. For escalation, register on the Pakistan Citizen’s Portal — complaints there are tracked and time-bound, and DGIP itself directs citizens to the portal. Our complaint guide walks through the full process.
Beware fake helpline listings
DGIP has publicly warned about fake Google Maps listings — notably for the G-10 Islamabad passport office — where scammers added personal phone numbers and demanded JazzCash or bank payments. Rule: DGIP never collects fees through personal JazzCash accounts or individual bank transfers. Pay only via the Passport Fee Asaan app / Raast QR, and call only the numbers listed above.
