HBL PSL 11 was the league’s biggest season: 44 matches from 26 March to 3 May 2026, eight franchises after Hyderabad Kingsmen and Rawalpindi Pindiz joined, and the first-ever player auction replacing the draft system. Matches were played in Lahore and Karachi.
Peshawar Zalmi dominated throughout — 8 wins, a +2.324 NRR, Babar Azam’s record-equalling 588 runs — and sealed the title in front of a record 32,461 crowd at Gaddafi Stadium, beating debutants Hyderabad Kingsmen by 5 wickets in the final.

PSL 12 schedule: confirmed dates
The PCB confirmed in October 2026 that HBL PSL 12 will run from 18 March to 2 May 2027, with all eight franchises returning. The window was finalised at the PSL Governing Council meeting in London on 1 September 2026, attended by all eight franchise owners.
The eight-team format and the player auction (introduced in 2026) are retained. The PCB will announce the full fixture list, venues, retentions, trade window and ticketing in the months before the season. The points table resets to zero on opening night — every team starts the new race equal.
