Pakistan’s President has approved the Pakistan Civil Awards 2026 for 355 people, recognizing their contributions across public service, arts, education, science, sports, and several other fields.
The list includes several senior government officials and prominent personalities. The government will also honor foreign nationals and overseas Pakistanis for their contributions to Pakistan.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar will receive the Nishan-e-Imtiaz. Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi will also receive the prestigious national honor for his services.
Meanwhile, Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb has earned recognition for his contribution to public service. The President also approved civil honors for Federal Minister Ahad Cheema and Minister of State Bilal Azhar Kayani.
The Pakistan Civil Awards 2026 list also recognizes well-known names from Pakistan’s entertainment industry. Singer Taranum Naz and veteran actress Nisho Begum will receive the Sitara-e-Imtiaz.
Furthermore, Attorney General Mansoor Usman Awan will receive the Hilal-e-Imtiaz. Finance Secretary Imdad Ullah Bosal and Federal Board of Revenue Chairman Rashid Mahmood Langrial also feature among the recipients.
Pakistan has also recognized several international figures for their services and contributions to relations with the country. Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will receive the Sitara-e-Pakistan.
In addition, Türkiye’s defense minister and trade minister have earned places on the civil honors list. Russia’s deputy prime minister will also receive a Pakistani civil award.

Social service also remains an important part of the national awards. Ten individuals will receive honors for their efforts in serving communities and contributing to social development.
Public service represents another major category in the latest list. The President approved civil awards for 67 individuals based on their contributions to public service.
However, exceptional bravery accounts for the largest single group among the announced categories. Authorities selected 95 individuals for recognition after acts of outstanding courage and bravery.
The Pakistan Civil Awards 2026 extend beyond people living and working within the country. The President also approved awards for 20 overseas Pakistanis who have contributed through their work and services.
Foreign nationals also hold an important place in this year’s honors. Pakistan will recognize 22 foreign citizens for services that contributed to the country or strengthened its international relationships.
